Helou Construction is contracted for aluminum windows, storefront framing, and entrance doors on this new student housing building intended to accommodate 44 two-bedroom, two-bath apartments with kitchen and living room, a common building laundry area, and below grade parking.
The design of this new student housing building is intended to be compatible with the surrounding context, both on- and off-campus, while maximizing the density of this on-campus location.
